What we collect

You give us: name, email, password, billing details, messages, and any files you upload (e.g., product images, logos, prompts).

We collect automatically: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, actions, approximate location, cookies/SDK data.

Payments: handled by our providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We don’t store full card numbers.

How we use your data (legal bases)

Run the service & support you (contract).

Security, fraud, debugging, analytics (legitimate interests).

Billing, tax, legal compliance (legal obligation).

Marketing emails (consent; unsubscribe anytime).

Model training: By default, we do not use your uploads/outputs to train publicly available models. You can opt in (and opt out later) for internal improvement only.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, secure the site, measure usage, and (with consent) personalize/retarget. Manage choices anytime in Cookie Settings (footer) or your browser.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (hosting, storage/CDN, AI compute, analytics, email, payments, support) under strict contracts, and with authorities if legally required. In a merger/acquisition, your data may transfer under the same protections.

International transfers

If your data leaves your country (e.g., EEA/UK → US), we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards where needed.

How long we keep it

Account data: while you have an account (then delete upon request, unless law requires retention).

Analytics/cookies: per cookie lifetime or anonymized.

If you use links or export to platforms like Google/Meta/TikTok/YouTube, their own policies apply.
