By accessing or using AIrocketAds.com (“AIrocketAds”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) The Service

AIrocketAds provides tools that use AI to generate advertising assets (e.g., product videos, ad banners) (the “Service”). Outputs may contain errors and must be human-reviewed before use. We do not guarantee platform approval, performance, or accuracy.

Only upload content (images, video, music, logos, fonts) you own or are licensed to use.

Obtain model/property releases where needed. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with platform rules and laws.

Model Training. By default we do not use Your Content or outputs to train publicly available foundation models. If you opt in, we may use them for internal quality/model improvement; you can opt out anytime (prospectively).

Your Promises. You have all necessary rights and permissions (including model/property releases). Your Content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights; and it complies with law and these Terms.

Sensitive Data. Do not upload highly sensitive personal data unless we have a separate written agreement.

4) Rights in AI Outputs

Your Use. Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in Your Content, we assign to you our rights (if any) in outputs you create on a paid plan, non-exclusive, for your lawful business use.

No Uniqueness/Exclusivity. Similar prompts can yield similar results. You’re responsible for clearance (e.g., trademarks, music, likeness, claims).

5) Platform & Law Compliance

You must ensure your creatives comply with laws and ad-platform rules (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, etc.). Regulated categories (finance/investing, health, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, adult, weapons, etc.) require strict compliance (age-gating, disclosures, geo-limits, licensing). We may remove or block content that appears to violate rules or law.

6) Prohibited Use

No illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, pornographic (esp. minors), or violent content; no malware, spam, scraping, model extraction, or attempts to bypass security or content filters.

7) Payments, Credits & Refunds

Purchases are one-time. We do not offer automatic renewals.

Credits are units used to generate/export assets.

No Refunds / No Cash Redemption. All credit purchases are final.
Credits have no cash value, Credits cannot be redeemed for money, Credits are non-refundable (including unused/partial use, platform disapprovals, or performance). 

By purchasing Credits you are able to use it instant.

8) Privacy & Data Protection

See our Privacy Policy. For personal data inside Your Content, you are typically the Controller and we act as Processor to provide the Service. A GDPR DPA is available on request: info@airocketads.com

9) Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email and apply prospectively.

10) Disclaimers

The Service and all outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or results). You are solely responsible for review, compliance, and use.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid to AIrocketAds in the last 3 months.

12) Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify AIrocketAds against claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms or law.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or risk of harm. You may cancel anytime; access continues until your Credits are used or expire (if an expiration is stated at purchase). Sections that should survive do survive.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Courts of Thessaloniki, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction (unless local law requires otherwise).
